Coalition Meetings
Coalition Board Meetings are held quarterly – February, May, September, and November on the second Thursday of the month in Toronto.
The February, September and November meetings are held from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. but the May meeting coincides with the Annual General Meeting and is held in the evening from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Breakfast meetings are usually held at the Sutton Place Hotel, Toronto. Members will be notified of the date, time & place of the Annual General Meeting in May.
Breakfast meetings are mainly attended by Agency Members. Everyone’s input is appreciated.These meetings provide an excellent opportunity for Networking and we encourage members to attend as often as possible.The date, time, place of the next meeting is announced at each meeting, but reminder notices will be e-mailed to all members.We ask that members let us know if they will be attending at least one week in advance so that we can reserve sufficent space for everyone.Those who are unable to attend, especially out of province members, are encouraged to forward any new information or concerns they have which are pertinent to the in-home care industry, so that we can discuss them at our meetings.
Additional meetings for Coalition members may be convened at any time in order to respond to impending issues. Members will be notified by fax, phone or e-mail.
The Coalition is a volunteer organization without funding or paid staff. Therefore, it is totally dependent for its activities upon the participation of its members.
